Be your true self and lose weight. The more you can identify right now with that person you think you are going to be after you lose the weight, the easier it is to make the right decisions about exercise and passing up the bad food in favor of healthy food. I can’t emphasize this enough. It is really magical how it works.
Last week’s post gave several tips and techniques you can use to identify with the new you. Here are some additional tips.
Be your true self and lose weight by dressing like the new you and stand and walk like the new you. Really work to take on the character and identity of your True Self.
And everyday, take some action or do something as your True Self. It does not have to be a big thing. For instance, if you are waiting to lose weight before you flirt with someone, just smile and say hello to all you meet as the new you will get you more into being the new you right now.
Another thing you can do to be your true self and lose weight is to develop a morning routine that gets you into character. For instance, my morning routine involves some yoga, Qi Gong, and meditation. After doing my routine, I’m on!!! You can do the same thing!
Keep a journal. Every morning, at the end of your morning routine, write just a few sentences about what you want to do or accomplish as your true self. And then at the end of the day, write down your observations, what transpired. Specially write down how being and acting as your true self made you feel.

That is a hypnotic trance where it is suggested to you to take on the qualities of another person and bring them into your real life.
